National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (Rivne, Ukraine) and its Central European partners, namely Stowarzyszenie Willa Decjusza (Krakow, Poland), - Zlinsky Kreativni Klastr (Zlin, Czech Republic), Fórum Kreatívneho Priemyslu (Bratislava, Slovakia) and Cultural Creative Industry Cluster (Pecs, Hungary) announce the launch of “Visegrad Urban Creativity Clusters Network”, the project aimed at development of a creative cluster in Rivne.
“Visegrad Urban Creativity Clusters Network” is the project supported and funded by the International Visegrad Fund and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The Grantee is National University of Water and Environmental Engineering whose application for financial support for the project has been approved by the Fund.
The aim of the project is to organize a series of events relating to creative and cultural industries which will take place in Zlin, Bratislava, Krakow and Pecs as well as the hackathon in Rivne (international creative festival). The first four Central Europe creativity cluster meetings are to take place in April-June 2017. The meetings will involve discussions about joint project implementation, meetings with experts, experience exchange, etc. Each of the events has its own focus and as a result enables to see the whole picture, further stages, risks, etc. After the meetings and discussions, Rivne will host Creative Business Hackathon in October 2017. The Hackathon winners will go on Central Europe creative tour.
